Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that the fuse may not be seated correctly in the plug. This could result in the fuse not operating properly under fault conditions, causing the product to overheat and ignite.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
